Our templates come with PLR (Private Label Rights) and MRR (Master Resell Rights). This means you can edit, rebrand, and resell to your customers AND you can extend the resell rights to your customer.

Below is the full licensing details for our templates.

NOTE: Here at Template For That, we do sell some MRR courses and a couple of affiliate courses. These items will be listed either on a separate sales page (see The PLR Project), or they are listed in our Course Collection.

Courses and products listed in the Course Collection or on the Affiliate course page will have different licensing and you will need to read the product descriptions of those courses and/or products to understand the particular licensing.

Master Resell Rights (MRR): Sell or transfer MRR, allowing others to sell the product as is.

Private Label Rights (PLR): Sell or transfer PLR, granting others the ability to modify and rebrand the product.

Resell Rights: Transfer Resell Rights, enabling others to sell it without modifications.

Keep 100% of Profits: All revenue generated from sales is yours to keep.

🚫 Prohibited Uses

No Free Distribution As-Is: You cannot give away the original product for free. It must be bundled with other products or significantly modified before any free distribution.

No Free Membership Sites: The product cannot be added to free membership platforms unless it’s part of a larger package or notably altered.

The Details: Private Label Rights & Master Resell Rights Commercial License Agreement

This Commercial License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Template For That ("Licensor") and the customer (name only) who made the purchase on the Template For That website ("Licensee"). This Agreement is effective as of the purchase date of your products.

Grant of License:

Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive license to utilize, adapt, and market the digital products acquired from Licensor following the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Licensee is authorized to resell the products to their customers with Master Resell Rights, and the Licensee can provide sublicenses.

Permitted Uses:

Licensee is permitted to:

  • Use the Products for personal or business purposes.
  • Modify the Products to suit their specific needs.
  • Sell the Products to end-users for their personal or business use.
  • Resell or sublicense the Products to other resellers.
  • Modify, reproduce, or distribute the Products.
  • Claim ownership of the original designs or any parts thereof.
  • Use as a lead magnet.
  • Use within a paid membership site.
  • Use as a free or bonus item within a paid bundle.

Restrictions:

  • Licensee may not use the Products for any unlawful or unethical purposes.
  • Licensee may not apply for trademark or copyright.
  • Licensee may not give away the digital product for free

Ownership and Copyright:

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Products, including any intellectual property rights, shall remain the property of Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership or copyright rights to Licensee.

Termination:

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice if the other party breaches any material terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use and sale of the Products.

Warranty and Liability:

Licensor provides no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Products. Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products.

Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which Template For That is located.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

Acceptance:

By using the Products, Licensee accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Liabilities

Termination

Governing Law
